HART, Minn. – A pickup truck and another vehicle collided at Highway 43 and the turn-off to County Road 102 at Hart. The pickup driver, Kevin James Fisher, 55, of Winona, was taken to the Winona hospital with non-life threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. The other vehicle, a 2014 Mazda CX-9 driven by Michelle Marie Johanson, 49, of Rushford, was heading north on Highway 23 and attempting to turn left. Fisher, in a 2018 Chevrolet Colorado, also was headed north. Johannsen and a passenger, Abigail Katherine Johanson, 14, of Rushford, were unhurt. The accident happened about 2:20 p.m.
