WINONA, Minn. – Police were called to relatively few traffic problems during the overnight snow storm. The State Patrol said one car hit a guardrail on U.S. Highway 14 over Stockton Hill. There were no injuries. The Sheriff’s office was called to a rollover and two cars slid into ditches, all in separate incidents. In the city, a power line came down near Sanborn and Carimona streets on the East Side, it too without injuries or residual damage.
