WINONA, Minn. — Fourteen new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Winona County by the state Department of Health, along with one case added to the county’s total from another county to which it had been assigned incorrectly. The cases put the county’s total at 550. Seventeen pandemic deaths have occurred in the county.
