WINONA, Minn. — Twenty-six new COVID-19 cases put the Winona County pandemic total at 535, according to the state Department of Health. There also were two additional cases transferred to the county’s total from another when the residency was confirmed. With no new deaths, the county’s fatality total remained 17.
