WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man fled on a bicycle after an officer recognized him as wanted on a property damage warrant. The officer said Zayne Thomas bowman, 24, pedaled as fast as he could to get away. This was at Fifth and Grand streets about 2:30 p.m. Six blocks later, the officer caught up. Bowman was charged with obstructing the legal process, as well as the earlier brawling charge.
