WINONA, Minn. – A gun-happy but mean vandal shot out windows in houses and dinged parked cars overnight from the Far West End to the Near East Side. Police found no pattern to the path of damage. No injuries were reported. Police received damage reports from:
> 150 block of East Fifth Street downtown.
> 1200 block of West Fifth Street.
> 1500 block of West Fifth Street.
> 1700 block of West Fifth Street.
> 250 block of East Sanborn Street.
> 50 block of East Sanborn Street.
> 400 block of East Sanborn Street.
> 300 block of West King Street.
> 600 block of West Belleview Street.
