CANNON FALLS, Minn. – A traffic crash on Highway 52 took the life of a Mantorville man. The State Patrol reported that Elton Behnken, 66, was driving south on Highway 52 when his 2001 Dodge Ram pickup slid on snow ice and ice about 6:15 a.m. and went into the median. The vehicle rolled. Behnken was not wearing a seat belt, the Patrol said. The accident was near the Highway 19 exit into Cannon Falls. Behnken was alone in the vehicle, the Patrol said.
