PROTIVIN, Iowa — A bicyclist was seriously injured when struck by a car, whose driver just kept n going. The 58-year-old bicyclist was taken to the Cresco hospital, then to Mayo in Rochester. The sheriff identified car parts and issued a call to help find the driver. The vehicle was a 2003 to 2007 Cadillac CTS, probably with front end damage and a missing fog light, the sheriff said. The accident, northwest of Protivin, at Willow Avenue and 200th Street, was about 2 a.m.
