MILWAUKEE, Wis.—The name of former Congressional candidate Derrick Van Orden has been withdrawn as a plaintiff in a Trump lawsuit seeking to overturn results in the Wisconsin presidential election. Van Orden had objected to his name on the suit. It was done presumptively and without permission, he said. There was no explanation from Trump attorney Sidney Powell about how Van Orden came to be listed a plaintiff. Powell drafted and filed the suit.
