
Cast of thousands. Well, not quite. But the Winona High School cast and crew for “The Lightning Thief” is almost too large to fit them all on your computer screen.
A song and dance musical adaptation
WINONA, Minn. – The curtain rises Friday at 7 p.m. for the Winona High School production of “The Lightning Thief.” It’s the tale of a 12-year-old lad who discovers that he’s a demi-god and goes on an epic quest to find Zeus’ missing lightning bolt and prevent a war. There also are performances at 7 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. All are at the high school auditorium. Tickets: $3 to $7. The director is special-ed teacher Debbie Berhow. The choreographer is Theater Club adviser Brittany Moncrief.
