MINNEAPOLIS – A Rochester man pleaded guilty to torching two retail stores and a school during race riots after the 2020 police killing of George Floyd. Sentencing was postponed for Jose Angel Felan Jr.  He was arrested with his wife in Mexico eight months after the arson. She pleaded guikty earlier.
