PRESTON, Minn. – One of the defendants in a Fillmore County drug bust, Ted John Lord, 61, of Mabel, has changed his plea to guilty. Sentencing was set for April 12. The plea was to storing meth paraphernalia in the presence of a child. In exchange for the guilty plea, charges of drug possession were dismissed. Lord and Angela Chamberlain, 44 of Neillsville, Wisconsin, were arrested in a raid on a building n the village of Prosper in July.
