WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Kaleb Michael Komperud, 18, who was arrested as a fire bug in December and who has been in court on other charges, was arrested on an active warrant in the 1100 block of West Howard Street, The arrest was about 5 p.m.
Komperud. Charges include criminal sexual conduct, assault.
