WINONA, Minn. — Several Pelonis air-cooling units, each valued at $500, were reported stolen from rental properties in the 200 block of West Wabasha Street and the 150 block of West Fourth Street. The units were believed to have been taken between May 25 and May 28. The theft was reported to police about 9 p.m.
