WINONA, Minn. – A Rochester woman, Ashley Dee Ryant, 35, was arrested after a Walmart security agent reported her stealing $535 in merchandise. She had attempted to bypass the checkout process, the agent said. The haul included an automated home management system, a soundbar, and apparel. This was about 2:20 p.m.
