WINONA Minn. – An Inver Grove Heights woman, Randi Lynne Murphy, 34, was arrested after a two-mile police chase that began at Highway 61 and Huff Street and ended at a rotary intersection on the Far East End. Deputies said the woman crashed into a snowbank at the County Road 15 and 17 junction. It turned out, they said, that the woman was driving a stolen car and was drunk. She wasn’t hurt. The chase began, deputies said, when they attempted to stop the woman for speeding. She kept on going.
