WINONA, Minn. – An attempted break-in was discovered at Winona Mall shop when a staffer came to work. Entry was not gained, police said. Surveillance video showed people exiting a black Chevrolet Tahoe and a white Toyota Camry and trying to enter the shop. The attempt was reported to police about 7:50 a.m. Police later located the Tahoe. It had been reported stolen in North St. Paul.
