DRESBACH, Minn. — A Wisconsin man was arrested after deputies found marijuana vaping cartridges in his car during a traffic stop on Interstate 90, according to booking documents at the county jail. Christopher Jerald Verba, 23, of Stoughton, was booked for a potential charge of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. The stop was about 6:40 p.m.
