WINONA Minn. – A car crashed off East Lake Boulevard on the bluff between Garvin Heights Sugar Loaf and rolled and slid down the embankment to Highway 61. The passenger needed medical attention for cuts on her bands but didn’t appear to have life-threatening injuries, police said. This was a little after midnight. Police tested the driver for alcohol.
