WINONA, Minn. — Three packages containing office supplies were reported stolen from a porch in the 550 block of East Sixth Street. The packages contained envelopes, toner and LED bulbs valued at $350, police were told. The theft was reported about 9 p.m. but was believed to have occurred in the morning.
