Moore commented safter Ravnsbirg was charged with misdemeanors. Moore suggested the legal remedy for the victim’s survors might be in civil court. Criminal felony charges could have meant years in prison for Ravnsborg. About particulars, like whether Ravnsborg had been driving outside his lane or wheher he was aware he was outside of lane, remained uncertsun, Moore said.
