PAUL, Minn. –About 400 of President Donald Trump’s grassroots supporters protested outside the Minnesota Governor’s Mansion on Summit Avenue.Protesters waved signs shouted “land of the free” and “freedom over fear” at passing motorists. They honked horns from vehicles. Several left their vehicles around one wandered around in groups, neither wearing masks nor practicing social distancing guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Many protesters sported pro-Trump gear and carried American flags.
