LEWISTON, Minn. — Darrel George Kramer, 68, who loved Harleys and tinkering with cars and wheeling and dealing, died of cancer at the Whitewater nursing home in St. Charles. His adult life was at the Arches enclave at Farmers Park. His home was a day-and-night trafficking hub for people from many stratas. To reach his house, friends and patrons had to walk through a lane lined with scrapped cars. His worked many years at Winona Lighting.
