WINONA, Minn. – Edward Cecil Whetstone. 81, of Winona, who worked at his father’s business, Whetstone Machine, died peacefully at home from complications of vascular dementia. He ushered at Immanuel United Methodist. He enjoyed travels with his parents growing up. After his parents died, he was helped by Home and Community Options and Benedictine Adult Day Center for 20-plus years. He enjoyed day trips to the Treasure Island casino.
