ST. PAUL, Minn. — Irene Ann Wolfram, 75, whose accomplishments included a 1,300-mile voyage down from Mississippi River from Stillwater, Minnesota, to Mobile, Alabama, in a 30-foot sailboat, died of cancer. She was an early-education paraprofessional in the St. Paul suburb of Mounds View. In high school had been a trombonist. As a Girl Scout leader she led a steel drum band. She was active in theater. She was stage manager for a British tour of her husband’s one-man play, “A Seed of Peace.”
