LACROSSE, Wis. – The man accused of a shooting death at the LaCrosse Buerhaus was no stranger at the bar, according to the criminal complaint. Police quoted one witness in the complaint that Tim Young had been acting “weird” and “creepy” the past several weeks. Young commented about killing people. He made gestures pointing his finger like a gun. The complaint quoted the Bierhaus manager that two weeks Young spit on someone and said, “I have COVID.” The manager said he then told Young to leave, which he did.
