PAYSON, Ariz. — Jeffrey Lynn Jilk, 68, who operated the consulting firm Jilk and Associates in Payson, died after a brief illness, He was a 1969 Winona High School and University of Minnesota graduate. After college he was in manufacturing management in Los Angeles.
