KELLOGG, Minn. — Jean Ann Pavelka, 68, of Kellogg, who worked at the Big Joe Flour Mill in Wabasha. died after a short illness. She graduated as valedictorian of her high school class in Wabasha in 1959 and went on to the Minnesota School of Business in Minneapolis.
