WINONA, Minn. –Jean G. Stampka, 87, of Winona, who worked at Spurgeon’s and Maggie’s in Winona, died at home. She was born in Cream, Wisconsin. Her joys included sewing and crocheting. She made afghans for each of her grandchildren.
