WINONA, Minn. – Joseph J. Walinski, 88, of Winona, who was with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 30 years, died at home after a long affliction  with Alzheimer’s.He was in the U.S. Marine Corps from during the Korean war. He was a member of the American Legion.
