WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. — Larry Lee Jorgenson, 80, who taught 38 years in Wisconsin Rapids schools and substituted 15 more, died at Arborview Court in Wisconsin Rapids. He was a University of Wisc0nsin-LaCrosse graduate. In college he worked at Heileman’s brewery and spent his summer breaks driving a beer truck. He was on the Wisconsin Rapids City Council from 1980 to 2001 and was president for two years. He also served on the Wood County Board of Supervisors.
