WINONA, Minn. – Mary C. Foegen, 89, of Winona, a secretary for many years a the phy-ed department at Winona State, died peacefully at the Winona hospital of leukemia. While at the university she enrolled as a non-traditional student and earned a sociology degree. She was president of the of Faculty Wives,. Earlier she was a stenographer at the University of Wisconsin. She aso was a medical secretary in the UW cancer research department.
