WINONA, Minn. — Nicholas “Nick” B. Deones, a real estate speculator and investor, died peacefully after a short illness in Port Charlotte, Florida. He was a graduateof Winona High School and the University of Minnesota. He served in the Army Reserves. He spent many years in Dallas before returning to Winona in 1989. He wintered in Florida.
