WINONA, Minn. — Paul Francis Sorenson, 63, of Winona, who held two degrees as a welder from Western Wisconsin Tech and a bachelor’s in industrial education from Winona State, died unexpectedly. He worked stints as a stagehand at the LaCrosse Center. He worked at Trueline and DCM as a tool and die maker. His final career was an industrial arts educator at Southeast Tech in Winona. In retirement he mentored students in the Robotics Club at Winona High.
