ROCHESTER, Minn. — Pelagia Marie “Peggy” (Prodzinski) Lewis, 89, past president of the Rochester Garden and Flower Club, died at a nursing home. She held aa in education from Winona State Teacher’s College and started her teaching career in Byron, Minnesota.
