WINONA, Minn. – Ronald Eugene Holden, 79 of Winona and formerly of Davenport, Iowa, who retired from Fairbanks Scales in 2003, died at home. After high school Ronald he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He was an avid reader and enjoyed boating on the Mississippi River.
