HOUSTON, Minn. – Ruth Evelyn (Chapel) Boyum, 87, owner of Ruth’s Realty in Houston, died peacefully at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester. She worked in finance and bookkeeping, and then made farming the mainstay of her business. Ruth was a real estate broker and appraiser.
