LACROSSE, Wis. — The chair of LaCrosse Republicans, Bill Feehan, objected to a Facebook decision to bar content from the party’s online page. “Intolerable,” Feehan said. Facebook, he said, “These actions restrict free speech and strike at the heart of our democracy.”
