WITOKA, Minn. – Vera M. Philipps, 91, of Winona, who started Philipps Bus Service with her husband Al 75 years ago. died at Brookdale senior housing in Winona. She drove school buses and worked as a bookkeeper, bus cleaner. She led bus tours and cruises. She was a 1947 graduate of Winona High School.
