WINONA, Minn. – Eleven new COVID-19 cases pushed Winona County’s pandemic total to 863, the Minnesota Department reported. The 863 total allowed for three cases of that were subtracted and moved to the counties of the victims’ residency. The county’s pandemic death toll remained at 18.
