ST. PAUL, Minn. — The state Human Services Department began distributing $173 million to help stabilize Minnesota’s financially troubled nursing home industry. Earmarked for Winona this year:
> Lake Winona Manor, $333,000.
> St. Anne Extended Health Care, $331,000.
> Sauer Health Care, $255,000.
Similar amounts will be distributed in 2024.
