MIAMI, Fla. – The once-Wisconsin-based Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus is coming back after five years in mothballs. The comeback, in September 2023, will be without animal acts, the company said. The company, now in Florida, has begun a global talent search “incredible feats that push the limits of human potential.” The 2023 tour will hit 50 cities in North America, the company said.
