WILSON, Min. – Two people on a motorcycle were injured when they ran into debris on Interstate 90 and crashed. Graham K. Brooks, 38, of Center, Ohio, and Brooks and Shannon Brooks, 40, also of Center, Ohio, were taken to the Winona hospital, then airlifted to a Level 1 trauma center in LaCrosse. The accident was about 9 p.m. between the Highway 43 ramps to Winona and Rushford. They were eastbound on a 2017 Harley-Davidson.
