HARMONY, Minn. – A St. Paul driver was injured when his car left rain-slickenrd Highway 52 near the Iowa border and rolled. Injuries to William Dior Stevenson Jr, 23, appeared non-life threatening, but he was taken to a Decorah hospital to be checked over. The State Patrol said Stevenson was northbound about 12:35 a.m.
