WINONA, Minn. — Employees at Pizza Hut on Service Drive on the West End reported that juvenile boys were being disrespectful to diners and generally disruptive. One of them reportedly entered the women’s restroom and was looking underneath the stalls. The juveniles were gone when police arrived about 7:25 p.m.
