UTICA, Minn. – The burglary of a Snap-on brand Bluetooth speaker and a 9mm handgun from a house on County Road 115 near Utica was reported. The complainant said he knew who did it. The theft occurred sometime in the three-day March 7 to 9 window. The theft was reported about 1 p.m.
