MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. — Deputies cited Kyle Lee Brown, 31, of Rushford, with violating a domestic abuse no-contact order in Minnesota City. Brown was accused of going to a Minnesota City residence, from which a judge a judge had ordered him to stay away. Police made contact with Brown about 4:30 p.m.
