WINONA, Minn. – Police arrested a man in the Winona Walmart who, customers said, was wandering the aisles and saying he wanted to kill people. He was flaunting something like a box-cutter. Arrested was Amelioleona Jonquese Mitchell, 41, who believed was homeless.
