WINONA, Minn. – The Winona School Board extended the contract of Superintendent Annette Freiheit three years. The vote was unanimous. The extension includes incremental raises to $163,300 in 2024-2025 school year. Freiheit joined the district in 2019 after being superintendent at Pine Lake in northern Minnesota.
