RACINE, Minn. – A South Dakota woman died at a Rochester hospital from injuries in a car crash south of Olmsted County near Racine. Theresa Fluteplayer, 27, of Flandreau, South Dakota, was the second person to die from the accident. Rory Anderlik, 34, of Riceville, Iowa died at the scene.
